Live Miraculous Streak : KLCC Property REIT scores 3 years out of the last 8 ! {13th Jan '25}

  4-times-a-year dividend payer & owner of both the iconic Petronas Twin Towers & the white marble Dayabumi building in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, KLCC Property REIT is today pared down to my last 83 shares from a peak of over five hundred acquired in 2020, earning a nominal net gain to further the continuity of the impossible-made-possible marathon of stock trading income while becoming the 5th & newest scorer in 2025, subsequent to 4 rounds in 2024 as #23:

   This despite most of the rest of the local market falling into the red with the loss-win margin at 928-183 as at 4pm with sellers likely anticipating the Dow's nearly 700 point swoon on Friday as a harbinger of more bearishness to come, sending the Composite stock index firmly below  the round 1,600-number mark that it so securely stayed above for most of the last 9 months, excepting a deep drop into the 1,530 range early last August. Makes me glad to have unloaded most of my stakes in my  brokerage & exchange-related winners Kenanga, OSK and Bursa last year!
