Live Miraculous Streak : Supermax loses a teeny 5 sen while Sungei Bagan debuts as #3 ! {9th Jan '25}

  Once again, I couldn't pluck up the gumption to unload all my Supermax shares deftly at $1.20 this morning, still holding out the hope that it could rebound & give me a better price later in the day. However, even if I did, the commission would likely overwhelm the tiny gain obtained!  As it stands, 2,300 shares unloaded at an average of $1.1957 will incur a small net loss of just 5c but brings my stake down by 76% from the peak 30,148 shares on Dec 17th '24.

  Thus, last year's 17-time scorer Sungei Bagan had to be partly sold in my margin account at $5.50 for a +77% return in over 3 years to swamp the abovementioned technical loss to ensure passage to my 1,104th consecutive day of black ink trading stocks!

As it stands currently, only $8,610.76 of my money remains invested in the glovemaker, with $4,610.21 crystallized income: capital gains + dividends, [including a $1,000 gift from my mum who rode the initial upwave on the Covid bull market with 5,000 shares held since 2010, but then sold too early as well] & a floating paper loss of $426.17 before commissions.

Most satisfyingly, there is now going to be $15,235 in CASH lying idle in my ordinary & margin accounts next week, up from nearly ZERO barely 2 months ago! This is despite changing over $6,500 into yen to pay for four recent Japanese share purchases, spending over $2,600 to raise my Berjaya Sports Toto stake to an all-time high 4.43x more than my holdings 6 years ago, buying over five hundred more Top Glove shares & a few other miscellaneous stocks like Bermaz Auto costing over $3 grand!
