One of 3 non-lowball takeovers I was lucky to participate in '26, 1,400 milestone owner Guocoland is milked for an 8th round: SOLD out completely @ the exact takeover price in one account, leaving only a token stake in another, to contribute a 9th & final time on 7/8 when the buyout proceeds are credited & I bid a last, fond adieu to the property outfit as it vanishes from public markets to completely be absorbed into the Hong Leong group!
