Miracle Streak : Property Bigwig SP Setia Scores for the First time in 13 Years as #4 of '26 ! {7th Jan '26}

 

The part owner of the Battersea property in the UK rewards a speculative punt on the stock, spurred by seeing rival Mah Sing bullishly break $1 two days ago to provide the first 'contra' gain in a fortnight, after earning nearly $143 in dividends & just $35 in the previous sole trading gain in early 2013. A portion of those shares purchased at 77.5c will be paid for to offset the small remnant stake purchased in 2018 for 251.99c  such that the average of my updated total will be about 166.3c making it much more likely to be able to dispose profitably within the next 5 years!
