Despite being a top BUY recommendation issued by me to subscribers this week, I myself have failed to capitalise on this opportunity because I was stubbornly sticking to my resolution to maintain cash balances at the second-highest levels for 2016. 

Not having great fundamentals delayed its entry into my portfolio, and I pay the price as it rockets +34% today!

Ah, well, I comfort myself with the well-worn adage that 'You win some, you lose some'. I have a consolation prize today as my recent purchase of Tekala listed just across the causeway shows signs of stirring to life today!
