Beyond 5 Years : The storied WTK continues the countdown to 13 Annual Centures in a Row ! {22nd Sep '25}

 

One of the Top Ten most trying investments finally yields to my persistence & determination, coughing up a capital gain on some of my earliest re-purchases from 9 years prior: WTK Holdings finally goes into the black from a -$7k loss just weeks ago & resumes the countdown to 13 annual centuries in a row with a sale of 4,500 shares at 42-month high quotations to ring in the 1,278th day of financial freedom!!!🎲🏔🌴🍾✊ Fourteen dividends paid totaling $4.5k while I waited ain't hurting either!

Formerly known as Samanda , it was original listed as Loytape in 1971, the namesake tape business one of its 4 business segments currently, before it was 'taken over' by the Wong Tuong Kwang-founded timber concessionaire family based in Sibu on Borneo island. The adjusted takeover price back in 1996 was $3.5066, a far cry from the current beaten down price. I opt to retain 48,888 shares for further gains: hopefully selling piecemeal as it vaults towards my first target of 64.5c followed by 70c.
